1. Summary

Routinia can be used without creating an account. In this case, we do not collect any personal data from you beyond what is needed to manage optional in-app purchases.

To sync your routines across devices, you can create an account. If you create an account, we will collect the following data:

  • Your email address - to identify you as the owner of the account
  • Your routines and routine-related data - to sync your data across devices

If you purchase or restore a Routinia Pro subscription, purchase and subscription status are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription provider. When you are signed in, we link your account to RevenueCat so your subscription can follow you across devices.

Storage of your account and routine data is provided by Supabase, a company offering secure cloud storage solutions. You can find their privacy policy at https://supabase.com/privacy.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers listed in this policy, and only as needed to operate the app.

2. Full Privacy Policy

2.1. Introduction

Routinia is a mobile application designed to help you create and maintain routines. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our app.

2.2. Data Collection

When You Use the App Without an Account:

  • We do not collect any personal information from you.
  • All your routines and data remain stored locally on your device.
  • If you use optional paid features, Apple or Google processes the payment, and RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription information needed to verify your access.

When You Create an Account:

  • We collect your email address to identify your account.
  • We store your routines and routine-related data (such as completion status, timestamps, and settings) to enable syncing across your devices.
  • We do not collect any other personal information beyond what is necessary for the app's core functionality.

When You Purchase or Restore a Subscription:

  • Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
  • RevenueCat receives purchase receipts, subscription status, product identifiers, and related transaction information from the store to manage your Routinia Pro access.
  • If you are signed in, we provide RevenueCat with your account identifier so your subscription can be linked to your account and restored across devices.
  • RevenueCat may also collect device and app usage information as described in their privacy policy.

2.3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only for the following purposes:

  • To provide the core functionality of the app (creating and tracking routines)
  • To sync your data across multiple devices when you use an account
  • To authenticate you when you log in
  • To verify, restore, and manage Routinia Pro subscriptions
  • To improve the app's functionality and fix bugs

2.4. Data Storage and Security

  • Your account and routine data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud storage provider.
  • Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat and verified with Apple or Google.
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
  • Your account data is stored for as long as you maintain your account.
  • If you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

2.5. Third-Party Sharing

  • We do not sell your data to any third parties.
  • We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing companies.
  • We share data with the following service providers, only as needed to operate the app:
    • Supabase - cloud storage and authentication for account features
    • RevenueCat - subscription management and purchase verification
    • Apple App Store / Google Play Store - payment processing for in-app purchases
  • We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.
