1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Routinia ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
Routinia is a mobile application that helps you create, run, and track personal routines. Features may change over time as we improve the app.
You may use the app without creating an account. Optional account features, such as syncing routines across devices, require you to provide an email address.
3. Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. When you do, your synced data will be permanently removed from our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions
Routinia may offer optional paid subscriptions ("Routinia Pro") through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Purchases are processed by the respective store and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies.
Subscription pricing, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your store account settings before the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app only for lawful personal purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app except where permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's operation or related systems
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
6. Intellectual Property
Routinia and its original content, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Your routines and other content you create in the app remain yours.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
